Sunshine Resort

Pete Janda was the tradesman responsible for the complete renovation of Sunshine Resort.  Every one of the cottages was completely gutted, down to the 2 x 4's and rough framing.  All necessary repairs to damaged framing were repaired by Pete and his crew.

Pete also engineered the repairs and reframing of a 100 year old duplex building that had quite a bit of water damage & sagging issues.  As you can see all the cottages have new roofs, soffit, fascia, siding, windows and decks.  The interior walls & ceilings are 100% 1 x 6 tongue and grove rough sawn cedar.  All floors are laminated oak.  All cottages have new cabinets, vanities, doors and interior trim completed by Pete and his crew.

All cottages have all new electrical systems with 110 Volt battery back up smoke detectors, central air and heating units.  Also, all of the plumbing is new.  Water lines are all copper and all main water service to the cottages are new, all the way back to the well.
